About Katelynn

I have my own vehicle for transportation. I am completing my degree in Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin. I am adept in Algebra, Math Studies, English, and Spanish. I received my IB Diploma from Coppell High School. I am personally familiar with how patience and engaging learning styles can benefit children with anxious tendencies. Drawing, frequent breaks, music, stretching and dance breaks, and reward oriented learning I have found to be beneficial in the classroom. My mom is a 2nd grade teacher and has shared her knowledge about how she helps keep her kids engaged. I have taught ballet, contemporary, tap, and jazz to kids ranging from 4 to 15 years old so I know how to interact with them in a teacher student relationship!
