I'd describe my personality as outgoing, spontaneous, and unique I like working with kids because a child's development is very important and that starts with their environment/the people that are around them. I am a mother myself, and watching a child grow is a blessing whether it's for a job or not. I started working with kids when I was a kid myself. I either babysat family members, or babysat in the nurseries for my church growing up. One thing you should know about me is I'm a firm believer that parents know their kids better than anyone. I will never babysit every child the same way because every child is different, so whatever works for the parent, works for me. Overstepping boundaries will never be an issue. I also want parents to know that they can trust me 100% with their children. I know how scary it is to leave your kids with somebody you don't know that well, and I want them to know that their kids will always be safe.
