I think the main thing you could ever want from your child's caregiver is for them to genuinely love your child and genuinely want the best for them. That is exactly how Karina cared for our son. She was with him from 4 months old to 16 months old, and she supported and celebrated his development every step along the way. Karina is an experienced nanny who taught us a great deal about sleep, feeding, and developmental milestones. I would highly recommend her!
