Norma is the most incredible person/babysitter I have ever met. She worked with us for 4 days during a time of lots of transition for my typically-chill 2 year old son. Norma was reliable, punctual, calm, and so, so sweet with my son. She went above and beyond what I asked and what I would have expected. I feel so fortunate that she showed up when she did and how she did. We would not have been able to get through those 4 days without her. If I hadn’t had a nanny lined up to start I would have tried to convince Norma to stay with us forever and would have paid her any amount of money. She is a real treasure and I give my highest recommendation. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
