Karen is a great caregiver. She has knowledge coupled with common sense and is quick to put one at ease. She is good with people of all ages and pets!!!!! She is quick to assess situations and act accordingly. She communicates with family well and has represented our family in medical emergencies. She is prompt and goes the extra mile. She is helpful in so many ways and we feel comfortable in the knowledge that she is here for our loved ones.
