About Alison

I lived with my 82-year-old Mom the last two years of her life. She had a very aggressive form of dementia and sundowners. What I mean is it came on very fast and never stopped until it took her from us. It was a 24 hour watch with her. Having your loved ones at home being cared for is so much better than a nursing home, I don't care what anyone says. Nobody is going to care for your family like you do. That's my wish is to care for someone else like I did my mom. I was her baby and I lost her too soon! I'd describe my personality as very loving, caring and have a big heart. I like caring for seniors because they once cared I started when I moved in with my mom in 2022 and watched her Dementia take her from us in 2024 In my spare time, I like to craft, cook, and travel if possible. I am very Thankful to the Lord for life and everything I have. He has worked my life out so I could be my Mom's caregiver. My skills include patience, loving and understanding
