Karen is a wonderful caregiver/teacher/nanny. We have a gifted toddler that needs to be challenged and Karen knows exactly how you build trust with her, engage her, and switch things up to keep her from being demotivated. Karen makes snacks with her and creates unique art activities for her to do. They go on walks and read together. She makes every day an adventure for my daughter. She occasionally watches our infant son too. 10/10
