Highest Recommendation! We immediately loved Karen. She is very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Karen was not only there for my mom but also for me. When she was not available, she coordinated extra help and supported me emotionally. It is obvious she loves her job. I almost didn't write this five-star review because I want her for my mom!!!
