I'd describe my personality as cheerful, honest and empathetic. I like caring for seniors because it allows me to make a positive difference in someone's life. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be a companion to a senior. I'm happy to help with light housework, shopping and transportation. I started caring for seniors when my mom went into assisted living after my father passed away. I am new to this field but know I can make a positive difference in someone's life. In my spare time, I like to play tennis, I love to garden and enjoying reading I enjoy spending time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I'm thoughtful, caring and kind. I am a retired special education teacher and am looking for part time meaningful work. My skills include communication , patience and flexibility. I enjoy talking with seniors and will keep in contact with a key family member. I'm flexible and able to pivot to whatever is needed.
