Ask away!! *2 hour minimum* rates do vary by complexity per job, I do need to come look at the job or see pictures for the best results. *I am willing to be flexible in rates in some circumstances* - 15-20 cents per square ft for continuous cleaning, depending on frequency & conditions. 25-35 cents per square ft for initial cleanings or deep cleans.

I'm a REALTOR and found Kara's Personal Assistant and Caregiver Services to be an invaluable addition to my business! The process of moving to a new home can be daunting and stressful for my clients. Having kids and pets only adds to that stress. I've used Kara's services as a creative and valuable closing gift for my clients. She provided home-made pre-cooked meals and delivered them directly to my clients for their move. She became my personal shopper and assembled gifts for a client of mine bringing home a new baby -- right as they were closing on their new home. She provided pre and post-sale cleaning and offered housekeeping services to my clients. I couldn't be happier to have had Kara as a resource for my business. I'm just saddened that she is no longer in Colorado as I'll never be able to replace her.
