I do have references upon request, bring my own cleaning supplies (but do require paper towels to be provided and do not bring my own vacuum, mop, etc.). , I do request to be paid per cleaning and usually do not go under $200 per cleaning (of course I'm willing to work with everyone to try and meet your needs).
