About Kaitlin

I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of young minds. I have 3+ years of childcare experience with children ages 3 months - 11 years. I have worked at a preschool my junior year of high school and two other childcare centers following. My creative and friendly nature allows me to easily connect with kids, making learning and playtime fun. I prioritize open communication with parents, using their preferred method to provide regular updates on their child's day and address any concerns. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured environment for the children in my care. I also enjoy any activity from outdoor sports to board games and educational activities. I love engaging children in a variety of games that help physical mental, and social development. I'm available to care for up to 3 children. I have a car so transportation isn't an issue. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring the safety of the children in my care.
