Shay was incredibly attentive while caring for my little one. From the start, she established a daily routine that included circle time, nap time, and outdoor play and emphasis on education. She managed two children at different stages and with different behaviors beautifully encouraging positive behavior, supporting milestones, and creating a calm, structured environment. Shay is also an excellent communicator she consistently shared what was working, what needed adjustment, and how the children interacted with one another.
