About Kaitlin

Hi, I'm Katie! I've always loved working with kids and have years of experience as a nanny, babysitter, and lifeguard during high school and college. These roles taught me how to prioritize safety, connect with children, and make their days fun and fulfilling. I graduated from the University of Portland in 2020 and live in Wilsonville with my fiancé, our dog, and our cat. I'm dependable, organized, and patient, with a natural instinct for keeping things on track. My lifeguarding job even led to full-time nannying for families I met at the pool, and I've loved childcare ever since. With a background ranging from childcare to client-facing roles and now starting my own business, I've become highly adaptable, a strong communicator, and skilled at creating a positive environment. In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time in nature, and being with family. I'm seeking a fulfilling and flexible role and would love to meet your family!
