I can highly recommend Danitza as a nanny for your child care needs. She came to our family already highly recommended, during a time when I needed a village, my daughter had just been born and my oldest was only a toddler of 14 months. She has been more of an auntie to us, and felt as close as a family member. Danitza’s approach to caring for our kids was aligned to our parenting philosophy, in our first meeting we talked about this and it was a great match. She would respect our decisions and instructions, while being experienced and confident enough to take day-to-day decisions. She always arrived early or on time, giving me peace of mind that I could rely on her completely. She is very proactive and highly communicative. Once we got to know each other, I trusted her completely to take my toddler to outings like the children’s museum, the zoo, playgrounds and parks, while I stayed at home with my infant. She mainly took care of my son, but would also supervise my daughter occasionally. Danitza is incredibly good with kids of all ages, always with this big warm smile and lots of fun and age-appropriate ideas what to do. A friend of mine used her services a couple of times and was very happy as well. She keeps up with any energetic toddler! Danitza is experienced, 100% on eye level with kids, playing along while still maintaining boundaries, and she has a great intuition on their needs and how to fill their buckets. With my oldest one moving forward to preschool we were no longer in need of her services, and Danitza ultimately relocated to another state with her family, but I can't say enough great things about her and, again, I do highly recommend her as a nanny. Danitza's positive attitude and enthusiasm for children will be a great asset for your family as well. She is affectionate, passionate and highly energetic, and has all the qualities of a reliable, trustworthy and successful nanny.
