About Justene

My name is Justene and I am 24 years old. Along with having two Associates Degrees from College of the Canyons in Liberal Studies and Elementary Education, I have plenty of experience working with children. I have four siblings, I had to help watch and raise them when they were younger. These experiences helped prepare me for my professional work because it taught me to look at things from a different perspective. Working at GAP(Gang Alternatives Program) which was an after school program. I had a second-grade class which consisted of me assisting them with their homework assignments, creating and guiding them through activities/lessons. When I relocated to Santa Clarita, I started working for a learning day care center. It was there that I was able to use my acquired skills to help the children . I do volunteer work at learning centers where I help children with special needs. Unfortunately because of COVID-19, I am currently not working.
