If you are considering Judy as a nanny/sitter she is an excellent choice because: - She is bilingual - speaks both English and Spanish. - She can prepare and pack meals for your child. - She is comfortable in giving baths and putting kids to bed at night. - She can disinfect toys/books from all the germs kids bring home for the playground and daycare. - She can also fold laundry and organize them in drawers/hangers. - She is willing to sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas like the kitchen and living room. - She has a flexible schedule for when you need urgent care during the evening shifts or weekends. She has reliable transportation to/from work. She has a lot of patience, love, and is a good communicator even though Spanish is her primary language. -She is receptive to feedback and constant changes in family needs during shifts. -She can also organize dishes once they are clean from the dishwasher and place them where they need to go. -She is truly a family’s helper and will become an integral part of your family if you decide to hire her for your last minute, date night, or weekly evening support. -She can also make ongoing lists for items that need to be purchases for baby/family.
