My name is Judy. I am 57 years old, married, a mother of 4, a step-mom of 6, and a grandma of 15+. I have worked in both healthcare and education. My most recent employment (9 years), is as a reading specialist in a public school. I am a lover of animals! We have dogs, cats, goats, turkeys, peacocks, chickens, a turtle, and a tortoise. I enjoy outdoor activities, music, sports, and reading. Relevant experiences: (Combined 17 years) Title 1 reading specialist (K-6), teaching assistant (Pre-K-2), Substitute teacher K-12. I also have 15+ years of experience in various healthcare positions. 38 years of parenting my children/step-children, raising 3 grandsons, and babysitting grandchildren. The most important part of caring for children is nurturing the whole child and understanding that each child is unique. They have so much to add to our world! I believe "it takes a village to raise a child" and that I have the experience, ability, and love to assist in enhancing their lives!
