Shannon was calm and reliable. She got along well with our two young daughters and was effective at "keeping the peace" with structure and boundaries, yet she was always gentle and nurturing. Shannon was flexible in scheduling which was very much appreciated with our busy lives. She was a real asset to our family and I strongly recommend her.
