About Judith

I am in my 33rd year of teaching special education. I have taught from Pre-K-8th grade. I love teaching and especially tutoring. I get to focus on one child's strengths and areas of need to have the best outcome! I enjoy finding different ways to engage each child in what they are learning to make it enjoyable and understandable. I have my B. A. in special education, my M. A. in reading and literacy, and my ESL (English as a second language) endorsement. I also have my initial training for the Wilson Reading System. I have tutored Reading, (including content area reading - Social Studies, Science), English, Writing and Math for elementary students grades K-5. I have also worked with junior high students. I can't wait to meet and work with you and your child to help them make the growth that they need!
