I'm currently an 11th grade physics teacher in the Chicago Public School system. I've planned curriculum and written IEPs in my experience working with students with disabilities. In addition to teaching students with disabilities I also have supported students that are learning English as a second language. As a native Spanish speaker, I tutors clients in Spanish language and support native Spanish speaking students with their learning in English. I earned a master's degree in Secondary Special Education from the Relay Graduate School of Education in June of 2020. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy taking long walks, reading, and swimming.
