Hello! My name is Josye Allison! As an experienced childcare provider, I am dedicated to positively impacting the lives of children and supporting families. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to foster a fun and engaging environment for your little ones. I am First Aid and CPR certified and always prioritize the safety and well-being of the children in my care. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or address any issues that arise. Regarding household rules, I find it essential to align with the parents' approach to ensure consistency and a harmonious environment for your child.
