About Monica

I've spent the past two decades caring for children of all ages. I'm creative and friendly, which allows me to easily connect with children and establish a positive and nurturing environment. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I believe that open and honest communication is key to building a positive relationship with parents. I provide written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call to keep parents informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time, and I have experience with various age groups, from infants to preteens. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I have completed coursework in early childhood development, as well as First Aid and CPR training.
