About Johanna

I have four years of experience in caregiving. I have spent two years working with kids with autism and other disabilities in a professional setting and also have experience working with a similar demographic at summer camp. I studied psychology at Mizzou and love helping little minds grow! I am passionate about helping to foster environments where kids are safe to learn and explore. I love spending time outside, cooking with others, playing games, getting creative, and watching movies. I can help with Light Housekeeping, Transportation, Homework, Crafts, and Meal Preparation. I am certified in behavioral crisis de-escalation (MANDT), CPR, and first aid. I am well versed in behavioral strategies, creating and utilizing routines, and emotional regulation.
