About Ella

I have loved working with kids for as long as I can remember! I have been with the same two families for several years (one family for 5 years the other for 3) and have loved getting to be a part of seeing the kids grow up. I'm a sophomore at Mizzou studying human development and family science, working towards becoming a Certified Child Life Specialist. I am well experienced in emotional regulation/control in children, as well as conflict resolution. In the future, I will be working in hospitals with kids helping them cope with medical challenges/hospitalization, and working towards making the hospital a less scary place. I love to be silly and play make-believe, find fun crafts to do, and have dance parties! My nanny families in the past have had kids ranging 6 months-10 years old-- I love working with all ages! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, caring, and compassionate My skills include helping with emotional regulation, communication, patience, and problem solving.
