About Joanna

Hello, My name is Joanna, I am currently in school to get my certification in early childhood education. I will soon be starting my internship. I have been working with children since I was 15. My childcare experience started at 12, after outgrowing daycare. The owner loved me so much, she became my mentor and allowed me to volunteer my time helping with the children everyday after school. That continued for 3 yrs until she relocated to California. While working in the daycare I learned to help the children in reaching there developmental milestones it also helped me to learn and grow. I continued my experience throughout high school caring for other peoples' children. When I finished high school, I began going to college for my Early Childhood Degree. I am a fun-loving and creative person that loves to make children happy and make life-long memories with the child/children and the parents. I am kind, patient and nurturing. I'm excited for the opportunity to work with your family!
