About Jillian

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, patient, and kind! I like tutoring because I am a life long lover of learning! I am currently a law student at UNC and completed a B. S. in Neuroscience and a B. A. in English with distinction from the University of Delaware. My educational background in both STEM and the humanities makes me a well rounded tutor, and nothing compares to the feeling of seeing a child's hard work pay off or the "aha" moment where it all comes together! I'm looking for a job that is engaging and fun! As a student myself, I also require some flexibility as there are occasions where I might need to put in some extra hours studying. In my spare time, I like to read, paint, knit, play with my dog, and spend time with friends.
