As a caring and responsible individual, I've always been passionate about nurturing children's growth. With a year of experience as a childcare provider, I believe in fostering a positive and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow. I maintain open lines of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns that arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method. I believe in fostering a respectful and understanding relationship with the children in my care. I strive to create a harmonious environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves. A little bit about me is I'm 19 and currently a part time student in college hopefully to major in business management soon, I currently also work at a elementary school as a after school teacher. I love meeting new people and learning new things everyday, im a very open minded and creative person who loves to love.
