Hi, I'm Stacey! I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider with a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. My journey into childcare began with my previous roles as a nanny, where I discovered the joy of caring for children and the positive impact I could make in their lives. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my friendly nature, creates a nurturing and supportive environment for children. I believe in fostering open communication with parents and regularly provide updates about their child's day or any concerns that may arise. I also respect the parents' preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead and ensure that consistency is maintained. I believe in creating a structured environment that encourages children to learn and develop while adhering to the guidelines set by the parents. I have three years of experience in childcare and am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time.
