About Jessica

I am a Bilingual educator with 4 years of experience teaching Dual Language to Kindergarteners, first and fifth graders at Vancouver School District and North Clackamas School District in Washington and Oregon. I have experience working with students in multiple subjects such as Literacy, Math, Science and Social studies in Spanish and English. I am eventually wanting to teach in a public school, but I am very interested in homeschooling children this year due to COVID concerns. I enjoy working with students in person by providing hands-on STEM building activities and art projects to enhance learning on a higher level. It is important for kids at the primary grade level to interact by communicating and with their senses. I am a very patient, adaptable, collaborative, engaging, empathetic, and a very strong communicator. Kids bring out the joy in my life and I miss working along side them on a daily basis.
