A bit about my personal philosophy caring for children is that I rely on gentle-parenting techniques to foster collaboration and foster respect for ourselves, each other, and the environment through time outside and away from screens. With over seven years of extensive experience as an Adventure Nanny, Forest School Guide, and Children's Program Director, I emphasize gentle-parenting techniques and foster independence through Montessori principles that focus on respecting the world around us. As an Adventure Nanny and Forest School Guide, I developed and implemented educational activities, emphasizing hands-on learning experiences in nature as well as mentorship of outdoor activities. Time outside boosts overall wellbeing and new challenges inspire self-confidence and perseverance for advanced development. Implementing this in my child care philosophy fosters a harmonious connection with our natural earth and each other.
