I am currently a Medical Assistant. The past 6 years in the health care field has brought me to several specialties but my favorite, of course, has been pediatrics. Now that my own kids are older I am interested in filling some time doing what I really enjoyed for so many years, working with children. I have 15 previous years experience in a daycare setting caring for children from ages 4 months to 5 years old. Daily duties include: caring for the needs of a variety of ages, diaper changes, meal preps, nap time, leading group activities, and making sure each child feels safe and well cared for... just to name a few. Working for the same daycare for 15 years enabled me to cultivate a great relationship with the children and their families which is extremely important to me.
