About Jen

As the oldest of 16, caring for children has become a large part of who I am. I love watching them learn and grow into unique individuals. Because of this love, all of my work experience since my senior year in high school (2005) has been with children. I've been a nanny, babysitter, daycare teacher, and worked in an after-school program. As a nanny I'm a firm believer that I am here to make your life as easy as I can and always try to go above and beyond what is asked of me. My goal is to provide you and your kids with a warm, positive, and safe environment. I'm very easygoing and love to laugh and have fun, but I also know when it's time to buckle down and get the job done. And even though this is a job I also believe in creating a strong relationship with the family I work for. I consider you family and will treat you with the same love and respect I give my real one. In my spare time I like to read and write, so please expect me to read to your kids a lot.

Jen has been our nanny for our 3 children (currently ages 6, 8, 10) for the past 2 1/2 years. Jen is a phenomenal nanny and we just love her. She has extreme patience in all situations in caring for the kids and their hectic schedules. She is very easy to work with and has great communication skills in regards to what has been going on with the kids during the day. She is also honest, reliable and truly loves my kids. Now that my kids are in school free time, we can't give her the hours she needs. Any family would be lucky to have Jen watch their children.
