About Jessica

I just started my 21st year as an elementary teacher! I have taught second through 5th grade and have incredible data. I have two teenage daughters and I love cats. I received my master's degree from UF in Curriculum & Instruction. My favorite part of teaching is working with my students and getting them ready for the next grade. I'd describe my personality as fun, serious, and kind. I like tutoring because it gives me an opportunity to work one on one with students. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help students become successful individuals and more self-confident. I started tutoring when I started teaching. I have tutored one on one as well as small groups. In my spare time, I like to run, read, and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I am passionate about teaching and helping my students. My skills include test prep strategies, reading comprehension, and math.
