About Jessica

I'd describe my personality as kind, dependable, funny. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy providing care that allows seniors to maintain their dignity and quality of life. I also enjoy the wisdom and knowledge they impart to me! I'm looking for a job that is rewarding and flexible. I started caring for seniors when I was in my teens and provided care for my own grandma. I have since provided care for other aging members of my family, as well as in paid positions both in assisted living facilities and for seniors still at home. In my spare time, I like to read, hike, garden, cook and do lots of things with my family! One thing you should know about me is I have been told repeatedly that I put people at ease. I always take my time to get to know an individual and find a plan that suits them best. My skills include personal hygiene, assistance with appointments, and light housekeeping/cooking.
