We hired Rachel to assist with my father after conducting a phone interview over the weekend we felt she would be a great fit. She was supposed to start on Tuesday morning at 9AM however she was a no show. I tried texting her and messaging her through the website and she never responded back. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful of our time and urgency for much needed care for my father. I would not recommend that you hire her as you might encounter the same type of unprofessional interactions.
