About Jenny

Hello, I'm Jenny! While I'm new to in-home childcare, I bring over 15 years of experience as a former Montessori preschool teacher. Throughout my career, I worked with young children in a classroom setting, focusing on school readiness and potty training. I specialize in teaching practical life skills, math, and phonetics, and I'm excited to bring that knowledge into a home environment. I'm comfortable with a variety of tasks, including meal prep, light housekeeping, diaper changing, potty training, and pet care. I've also completed training in child development covering physical, social/emotional, and cognitive growth from infancy through school age. I'm currently in the process of renewing my CPR and First Aid certification. Working with children has always been a meaningful part of my life. I find great joy in nurturing those formative years and witnessing the incredible growth and development that happens during this time.
