About Rafaella

As a passionate and experienced childcare provider with over five years of experience, I find great joy in nurturing the growth and development of young minds. My patient and friendly nature create a nurturing environment for children to thrive. My extensive experience ranges from newborns, babies, toddlers, and kids in school. I have experience with sleep training, newborn baths, tummy time, introducing solids, and other activities that follow the development of little ones. Effective communication is key, so I follow the parents' preferred method of discussing their child's day and addressing any concerns. My approach to playtime is a mix of outdoor play and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for more than one child at a time and am happy to help with tasks such as cooking, carpooling, light cleaning, travel support, and swimming supervision. I'm First Aid and Child CPR trained, a non-smoker, and fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
