Hi there! It's been quite some time since I've been in this field, however I do have experience in my past from babysitting and being a FT nanny to two children. I've also taken care of both my mother-in-law, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and assisted my husband with her many needs until her passing, in addition to my father-in-law, of whom had a life changing and cognitive decline in which, at that time I moved in with my now husband to take care of him on a FT basis, all while working a FT job. His care would involve, prepping and cooking his meals, giving him his medication at bedtime and daily bathing and changing if his colostomy bag from time to time. He was a wonderful person and father-in-law. Although some days or nights were extremely challenging, I would do it all over again because our loved ones need our care, compassion, and trust in their time of need.
