About Jennifer

I am a mom of two teenage daughters and have had the pleasure of working with many children throughout the past 17 years. When my girls were little, I became a substitute teacher so that I could have the flexibility to be with them when I needed to be. I worked for the school district teaching students from Kindergarten to twelfth grade. I officially got my teaching license a few years ago and have been teaching art to students from grades K-12. My hobbies include most things that involve being creative; ceramics, sculpture, drawing, painting, textile art, reading, writing, etc. I love spending time outdoors when it's warm. The activity that I am most passionate about is flying! I am a pilot and I spend a lot of my free time renting small planes and flying around Colorado. I enjoy being adventurous and doing things on a whim. I am looking for a flexible schedule that will allow me to sit for kids during the evenings and on weekends.
