I started working with kids when I was in 8th grade. I have been professionally trained and working with school aged children (5-17) for the past 3 years! I currently work part time on breaks for the City of Westminster as a camp supervisor working with children from 5-14 years old. I have been with the city for two years and love the ability to create and plan activities for the children and staff to enjoy. I am working on my Associates degree and am 12 credits from graduating! I work as a full time student this semester so I have limited time until May. In my spare time, I like to practice my sign language, go on hikes, play with my two cats, and go on different adventures. One thing you should know about me is that I am a child at heart. Playing, communicating, and learning are my top priorities when working with children. My skills include open and honest communication, being a fun-time planner, and my ability to connect with kids on their own level.

Chelsea was amazing with my 14 month old. She was patient and fun. She even brought a babysitter bag with toys that occupied my son. She listened well, was attentive, and had a good time playing with the little man outside. I’d definitely recommend and hire her again!
