My family worked with Jen for several months while my father suffered from late stage dementia and required significant care. Jen took amazing care of my father and understands the vital nuances of communicating with and comforting dementia patients. She helped us in so many ways we didn't anticipate and takes a holistic approach to care. Jen's strong medical knowledge and great attention to detail proved valuable as she was very proactive in identifying existing and potential issues, often before the hospice nurses and aides. Jen also advocated for us with other medical professionals and helped us understand recommendations and instructions. She truly cared for the entire family, including empathizing with my mother about the challenges of caring for loved ones while helping her deal with stress. When I was away from home, Jen kept me informed as needed and reduced my worries as I trusted my family was getting great care. Jen continues to provide care for my mother while helping guide me through challenging times.
