Hello! My name is Jayden, and I am so excited to meet you and your family! I have over 10 years of experience in childcare and education. I had many opportunities in the public school system along with family childcare, and daycares. Currently, I am the Behavior Support Specialist at the elementary school I work at. I work with students daily, building trusting and supportive relationships. I am first aid, CPR, AED and CPI trained. I have my CDA, and am graduating in May of 2025 with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have experience with children ages 0 to 15, including special education. My priorities are creating a safe, caring, loving, respectful, warm environment, where each child and family feels supported and valued. I am passionate about early childhood because I think it is one of the most important parts of a child's life. Child development is very critical and crucial part of their growth and has a significant impact on their future.

Our family had the pleasure of having Jayden as our nanny for the year of 2023. She cared for our three kids aged 5, 3, and 1 at the time. She wonderfully wove in a balance of play as well as educational activities. We are still lucky to have Jayden watch our kids for occasional date nights. Some of which are prompted by our kids wanting to see her since they formed an amazing bond with her. I would definitely recommend her for care due to the experience our family had with her and due to her experience in the education field.
