As a caregiver, I'm passionate about helping children grow and thrive. My calm and approachable nature allows me to create an environment where kids feel secure and supported. I value strong communication with parents and make sure to follow their preferred routines for sharing updates and addressing any concerns. While I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, I also work to establish trust and mutual respect with the children, so they feel understood and valued. With eight years of childcare experience, I offer a variety of activities that engage kids across different ages and interests.
