About Jane

My name is Jane , and I am an experienced and dedicated educator with a proven track record of improving educational outcomes for diverse learner populations. With over 10 years of teaching experience, I have honed a skill set that includes curriculum design, differentiated instruction, and the development of targeted support strategies for students with exceptional needs. In my most recent role as a second- and third-grade teacher at The Lang School, I had the privilege of working with a community of twice-exceptional learners, requiring me to continuously differentiate content and assessments to meet their unique needs. Many of my students were diagnosed with ASD, which emphasized the importance of developing both social skills and real-world applications of academic concepts. Throughout this experience, I remained committed to aligning instruction with K-5 standards while fostering progressive skill development.
