My passion is being of service and knowing the work I do creates ease for families. I love connecting with young children, baking gluten-free treats, and tidying. I'm infant/child/adult first aid and CPR certified, organized, innovative and sincere. I've provided care, security, and companionship to families with children for most of my life. My favorite moments are the everyday tasks we did together: tidying, baking, digging in the garden and admiring neighborhood plants and animals. Ideally, I'd like to help a family with one child. I do my best to follow RIE philosophy in my care and, most of all, to honor the values and culture of the family I support.

Janel was the perfect person for my little when I first went back to work. She is kind, understanding, patient and talked to my child with dignity that I believe children deserve. She harbored a creative and imaginative curiosity that, I believe, will stick with my kid into adulthood. She is also really great at helping with and giving organizational tips that my disorganized brain never thought of! Lifesaver and a wonderful person and I’m grateful that she was one of my child’s first influences.
