About Jane

My love for seniors, began as we grew up next-door to my grandparents growing up in a small (and very aging) community in northern Minnesota. In my youth, my parents helped family friends open a small nursing home which later grew into a grand facility. It has been a blessing for our community where people would've had to travel hundreds of miles to the nearest nursing home and they are able to live out their final years in dignity with family and friends nearby. My mother is now a resident, my sister is the head nurse. My niece is administrative assistant, and I worked there all through high school and college. After college, I worked in group homes, focusing on developmentally and mentally challenged adults. And some seniors suffering a variety of conditions. Though I hold no degrees in healthcare. I have a compassion and a caring for individuals that need a hand and I have time to spend helping others get through their days more easily.
