I have always loved kids and was blessed to become a mom at a young age. While it had its challenges and my daughter was born with a rare metabolic condition, I was pushed to learn everything I could about taking care of a child with special dietary and health concerns. I have a background in psychology and home health care. I love to help children learn and grow while also making sure parents are able to work, recharge and take care of themselves, too!
