Hi! I'm Iris Caring for kids has always been a big part of my life-starting with helping my sister raise her little ones, and growing into a career centered around supporting youth. I've worked as a swim instructor for kids, a youth care worker, and most recently as a case manager for minors. I'm all about creating a safe, fun, and nurturing space. Whether it's helping with routines, or just being a reliable, calm presence, I understand how important trust and consistency are. I'm happy to help with light housekeeping, homework, and bedtime routines as well.
