Ini took care of our oldest child for 2 years and then transitioned to our youngest for a few months, both on a full time basis. Our children benefited immensely from Ini's incredible care and attention. She did a great job at establishing a good structure under which our daughter could learn and exhibit good behavior. She was also great and making sure that our daughter got excellent nutrition and developed good habits. She was never short on good projects to do with our daughter or on willingness to take her to different places to experience new things. She is very smart and respectful and would make an excellent nanny to anybody that would have her. We always miss her.
